CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Custom pieces and sale items are non-refundable. For more information check out our Return Policy.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days

WHAT IS THE PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS?

If an item is Sold Out, you can still place an order by selecting Pre-Order and checking out as usual. We follow a Made-to-Order process, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and intention. This takes approximately 15-20 days for production before we express ship your newly made item straight to you.
